Going to be upfront that I’ve wanted a Jeep since I was in High School. There were a handful of outings that I went on with friends who had CJ-7 Jeeps and I loved it! Fast forward in life and I bought a 1997, the year I graduated High School, Jeep Wrangler TJ Sport.

I opted for a TJ because of the inline 6, which I have. I got the automatic because that’s what I found for a decent price. While I would have preferred a manual, my wife said she wanted to drive too and she didn’t want to drive a manual.

Not gonna lie, this Jeep is a little rough around the edges, but it’s super fun to drive! I’m really excited to share this adventure and all the adventures a 4×4 will allow! Good times ahead!
