It’s really hard to beat laying in a hammock. Relaxing in a hammock gets even better when you can easily pack your hammock up and take it with you on your outdoor adventures. I mean who wouldn’t want a view like this all the time:

Ok, so we’re fans of the Wise Owl Outfitters hammock.We picked the green & tan color scheme, but they’ve got lots of palette options to fit all tastes. The hammock is roomy enough for one adult to sprawl out in, but it can also handle one adult and one child or fit two kids. All of this assumes that your children are as well mannered and behaved as ours are. It also assumes that you get the single hammock like we did.

For our crew having a few single hammocks is a better way to go as there is usually an open spot in to lay around in. That said, they are getting more and more popular with the kiddos, so buying a hammock each is a possibility in the near future. We’ve used the hammock on our beach vacation, tied to the pillars under the house, and we’ve usually got one in our backpack for hikes. It packs down really well in the attached pouch.
